I am a parent of a homeschooled teenager. My son is 13 and going into the 9th grade. He is interested in playing an instrument and I'd like to get him lessons. My daughter also attended Hoover Middle School where she started on the clarinet (8th grade). She played at Lincoln in the concert band using her clarinet. About November, her teacher informed the class that he was looking for a tenor sax for the wind ensemble next year.
