FirstClass Experience^TM

Getting started with lessons is a big step, and we want you to feel positive, confident, and happy when you take lessons. We want your first lesson—and every lesson after that—to be "first class":

• The instructor will be on time
• You will be taught by the TakeLessons Certified^TM Instructor that you chose
• We want you to feel a sense of accomplishment
• No long-term commitment—just pay for your first class
• Our instructors really want you to learn

Our Promise to You:

• We'll provide professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and expedient service to you.
• We'll ensure you have a pleasant experience working with us, and that you will always be treated fairly and with utmost respect, courtesy, and appreciation.
• You will know up front exactly how much your lessons will cost.
• Taking lessons should be something you WANT to do instead of HAVE to do. Thus, we promise to make your overall experience a satisfying, encouraging, and low-stress experience.
• You have the right, at any time, to change your instructor. If you feel there is no longer a fit, we will work with you to match you with another instructor.
• When you book a TakeLessons Certified^TM Instructor, he or she will be on time, clean, friendly, patient, and have lesson plans prepared in advance.
• You will always receive the full time you have paid for. If your instructor is late, you will be able to make up that time at no cost to you.
• If you need to go on vacation or cannot make a lesson, you are able to reschedule your lessons as long as you give proper 48-hour notice.
• If you want to cancel your lessons, we will provide you a no-hassle ability to cancel your enrollment. We do require a 15-day notice to cancel, and you are never locked into a long-term agreement that you cannot get out of.
